A distributor handling 3,000+ SKUs across 2 states was using manual Excel tracking for their sales commissions. Sales agents had no visibility of stock levels while on the road, leading to “overselling” products that weren’t in the warehouse.
The Risk:
Lost customer trust due to order cancellations. Revenue leakage due to commission overpayment errors in the manual Excel sheets.
The Mac Soft Solution:
We implemented AutoCount Accounting + Mobile Sales App.
- Mobile Agent Sync: Agents can now check stock and place orders directly from their tablets.
- Automated Commissions: We configured the AutoCount Commission module to calculate payments based on “Collection” (actual money received) rather than just “Sales” (invoices issued).
The Result:
Orders are now processed 3 hours faster. Commission disputes are eliminated because agents can see their earned earnings in real-time.
